We want to provide the best experience with Wittle we can, and, while we think our little game is pretty great, we’re a small team, and we know things get missed and bugs happen. There are two ways to let us know how we can improve our experience:
In-App Feedback
There are three places to provide feedback on common issues like suggesting words to add or remove from the dictionary, inappropriate user names or behavior, or bugs in-app. Those feedback forms can be found in the following three places:
- The overflow menu (three dots in the top corner) in an active game
- The overflow menu on a player’s dialogue
- The “Send Report” button on your profile
Just select the issue you're seeing, provide the requested information, and we'll look into it.
You can also email us at support@ostreet.app. In the email please include:
- What the issue is
- Your username
- Your device type
- Date of the issue
